The KILOUTOU Group announces the acquisition of FROID LOC SERVICES, a company specialising in the rental and sale of cooling systems, air conditioners and air handling units. This new external growth operation reinforces the diversification strategy pursued by KILOUTOU in recent years and paves the way for the French subsidiary to specialise in the supply of cooling and heating solutions.

FROID LOC SERVICES is a young, fast-growing company. Founded in 2023, it is recognised for its expertise in supplying mobile thermal equipment for the energy, industry, services and events sectors. It offers a range of high-performance equipment, including cooling units with a power range of up to 660 kW, air conditioners and air handling units, as well as a range of services (installation, commissioning and maintenance).

An acquisition that strengthens KILOUTOU’s position as a multi-specialist player dedicated to improving the performance of its professional customers’ construction sites.

With this new high value-added offering, the Group provides a solution for urgent, one-off and longer-term thermal regulation needs. This is a crucial area given the current climate uncertainties, comfort requirements, business continuity needs and maintenance or renovation work.

FROID LOC SERVICES is based in the Paris region. Its services will be expanded nationwide through a programme of new branch openings over the next few years.
