The Kiloutou Group strengthens its governance to support its development strategy

A major player in the European equipment rental market, the Kiloutou Group announces two appointments to strengthen its Executive Committee. Created in October 2019 to support its international growth, the Executive Committee ensures the Group’s continued solid and constant growth in all the territories where it is present: France, Germany, Spain, Italy and Poland.

Pierre KNOCHE has been appointed Managing Director of Kiloutou France. With the support of an experienced management team, his mission will be to continue the growth of the rental company in France, by developing the network of branches, continuing to enrich the product and service offer, and strengthening Kiloutou’s position with its customers.

Vincent RANAIVOSON has been promoted to the newly created position of Transformation Director for the Kiloutou Group. His mission will be to support the structuring projects necessary for the Group’s development, with the support of the innovation, digital and strategy teams.

Biographies 

Pierre KNOCHE, 45 years old, is a graduate of Centrale Paris (1999).
He started his career in 1999 as a Research and Development Engineer and quickly moved into Strategy Consulting by joining KPMG Consulting France as a Senior Consultant in 2000, before joining Stratorg in 2003 to become Manager and spending 6 years at BCG from 2006 to 2012 as Manager and then Principal. In 2012, he joined the Elior group, where he became Vice President in charge of commercial strategy and major tenders. In 2015, he became Managing Director of the Health division, and in 2018, he also took over the Education division.

Vincent RANAIVOSON, 32 years old, is a graduate of HEC (2012).
In 2012, he joined the Roland Berger strategy consulting firm where he led multiple projects in Europe, Africa and the Middle East in telecommunications, new technologies and the automotive industry. He completed his career with entrepreneurial experiences in Madagascar in the food industry and in Ivory Coast where he founded in 2016 a company delivering gas on demand. In 2019, he joined the Kiloutou Group as Head of Strategy.
