The Kiloutou Group has just acquired the rental business of Trefoulet.
Created in 1979, Trefoulet is a company specialising in transport. It also operates an equipment rental business, which has been developed in parallel since 1996. The company wanted to refocus on its core business and Kiloutou acquired the equipment rental business. This activity consists of two branches, one in Pierrelatte (near the Tricastin nuclear power plant) and another in Piolenc (Orange).
This acquisition will enable the Kiloutou Group to expand its network of branches in the PACA region, in particular by connecting the Orange catchment area to that of Montélimar. It also gives Kiloutou the opportunity to set up next to the Tricastin nuclear power plant and thus benefit from the associated activity.
On a national level, this operation is part of a sustained development dynamic for the Kiloutou Group, with a solid progression in its organic growth and continued external growth.
