The Kiloutou Group has just acquired the company Nacelle 42, which specialises in the rental of access equipment in Saint Etienne and its region.
This company was created in 2001 and operates a branch in Saint Etienne with 5 teammates. It has a fleet of aerial work platforms and work platform trucks, and enjoys an excellent image of service quality and professionalism with its customers, independent tradesmen, SMEs and large national accounts.
This acquisition will enable Kiloutou to significantly strengthen its range of access equipment in the Saint Etienne area by offering its customers the widest range of machines for all types of work at height. True to its values, Kiloutou intends to draw on the experience and know-how of the Nacelle 42 teams to offer its customers an ever higher level of expertise.
“This acquisition confirms the value of our multi-specialist network concept, which allows us to better serve our professional customers. It also illustrates our ability to continue our development in a complex economic climate.”
Xavier du Boÿs, Chairman and CEO of the Kiloutou Group
“I am delighted that the Kiloutou Group has taken over Nacelle 42, which will enable the company to continue its development by providing it with additional resources and means. I personally believe in this project and I have decided to actively participate in it by joining the Kiloutou Group.”
Nicolas Guarino, President and majority shareholder of Nacelle 42
On a national level, this transaction is part of the Kiloutou Group’s ongoing development dynamic, with regular organic growth and continued external growth following the acquisitions already made of the access rental activities of the Mediaco (December 2010) and AltéAd (June 2011) groups, of BM Loc and Top Loc (end 2011), of Starlift and Urbaparc (end 2012), of Most (November 2013) and of Alain Location (April 2014). This will enable Kiloutou to consolidate its integrated network of specialists and to continue its steady growth in market share.
