The Kiloutou Group has just acquired AB Matériels, a company specialising in the rental of construction and civil engineering equipment in the Vaucluse region. This transaction allows Kiloutou to continue its development in France while completing its network and reinforcing its earthmoving equipment offer in the South Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region.
AB Matériels is a long-standing and recognised player in the rental of earthmoving equipment in the Vaucluse department, operating three branches located in Avignon, Cavaillon and Saint-Cannat (Aix-en-Provence). It has nearly 800 machines of all sizes that it makes available to a clientele of public works and construction professionals.
The integration of the 3 AB Matériels branches into Kiloutou will offer the respective customers an even higher level of service quality thanks to an extended network and range of equipment. Kiloutou will rely on the experience and know-how of 18 AB Matériels teammates to continue to develop the local expertise acquired by the company since its creation in 1996.
