GSV, the Kiloutou Group’s Danish subsidiary and Denmark’s leading rental company for building and construction equipment, is now incorporating the iMPAKT range of alternative equipment. The aim: to reduce the carbon footprint of Danish worksites!
For several years now, GSV has been helping to move the construction sector in a more environmentally-friendly direction. Now it’s taking another step forward with the launch of the iMPAKT range, which has already been available in France since 2021.
If GSV wants to contribute to reducing the Group’s carbon footprint, it is our responsibility to integrate these new materials and convince our customers to make the right choice!
Peter Fritzbøger, Commercial Director at GSV
Equipped with the latest technology, these electric or hybrid machines make a major contribution to reducing CO2 emissions and fine particles on worksites, without compromising on performance. They are also much quieter, contributing to the comfort of users and local residents. This means they can be used on urban sites, indoors or at night.
Suppliers have made huge strides in electrical technology. The machines are easy to use, autonomy is no longer a problem, and they are just as robust and efficient as their thermal equivalents.
Henrik Christensen, Materials and Supply Director at GSV
To support this change, GSV has also invested in recharging solutions. Many of the country’s worksites do not have the necessary infrastructure for recharging equipment. Mobile and flexible solutions so that equipment can be charged at night or during the lunch break.
It’s not ‘just’ a machine that makes the difference, it’s the overall organisation of the site. It’s up to us to advise customers to find the best solution for their project.
