SpainAcquisitions Kiloutou makes its fifth acquisition in Spain in 12 months

The Kiloutou Group is pleased to announce the acquisition of Claveria Servicios, a historic reference in the Spanish equipment rental sector based in Binefar (Huesca). This fifth acquisition in just 12 months (Toolquick, Gloobal, Liftisa, and Mavyal & Zelai) provides Kiloutou with a new growth driver in the country. This latest acquisition allows Kiloutou to establish a significant connection between Aragon and Catalonia.

A strategic link between two key regions

Founded over 40 years ago, Clavería Servicios has established itself as a leader in the rental of lifting platforms, earthmoving equipment, and truck-mounted cranes. With a fleet of over 3,000 assets of equipment and a workforce of 110 qualified teammates, the company operates a strategic network of 7 branches located from Sabiñánigo in Aragon to Lerida in Catalogna. The company also offers specialized transportation services and operator provision.

This operation marks a decisive step in Kiloutou’s strategy to strengthen its territorial network in Spain.

The integration of Clavería Servicios will enable Kiloutou Spain to efficiently interconnect its various branch networks between the cities of Pamplona, Logroño, Zaragoza and Lerida, creating continuity of service for its construction and industrial customers operating in this vast, highly active area. This operation will aim to facilitate the rapid deployment of equipment and new services in north-eastern Spain.

Over the coming months, Clavería’s branches and teams will join the Kiloutou Spain network, which currently comprises 75 branches and 640 employees.

“Clavería Servicios will continue to serve its loyal customers with greater stability and an expanded range of equipment. This new acquisition demonstrates our ambition to become a leading player in the Spanish equipment rental market, prioritizing external growth that brings both tangible assets and deep local expertise.”

Cyril Brillouet, Managing Director of Kiloutou Spain

“The acquisition of Clavería demonstrates KILOUTOU’s strong ambition in the Spanish market. This new external growth operation is fully aligned with our development strategy in the country, which aims to expand our network in high-potential areas. It further illustrates our ability to bring together high-quality, locally based regional players around our development project.”

Olivier Colleau, Executive President of the KILOUTOU Group

This new acquisition is part of the roadmap set by the Kiloutou Group for 2030, within the framework of its development in Europe.

Within five years, the ambition is to achieve a lasting position in the top three markets where the Group operates – as is now the case in Spain – and to increase its business outside France to nearly 50% of its revenue.

The Kiloutou Group is present in seven European countries: Germany, Denmark, Spain, France, Italy, Poland, and Portugal. It employs more than 7,000 teammates and has a network of 600 branches, serving more than 400,000 customers.
