Combining its own network and know-how with technical expertise from the manufacturer Milwaukee®, Kiloutou is the first rental company to offer this type of service.

Based on this strong expertise, today the rental company is going a step further by offering its professional customers (tradespeople, small construction businesses and SMEs, manufacturers and large groups) an innovative new solution for easily and flexibly managing their fleet of portable electric tools: KFLEET.
This solution, developed in collaboration with the manufacturer Milwaukee®, offers a range of more than 600 tool solutions (battery or wired), along with a multitude of services such as three-working-day repairs, anti-theft guarantee and individual branding of equipment.
With KFLEET, Kiloutou is enhancing its range of tools and rounding out its traditional offering with a proximity solution designed to simplify administrative fleet management for its customers, ensuring the responsiveness they need for continuity and productivity on their sites.

A simple four-step process
- On signing the contract, the tools are ordered into a Kiloutou branch with a label personalised by the customer. Kiloutou teammates provide safety training and hand over the equipment.
- Milwaukee manages the fleet of tools via the Milwaukee® e-service website, which offers full after-sales service in three working days and battery or charger replacement in one working day.
- Kiloutou handles monthly billing and provides anti-theft cover with tool replacement included. Kiloutou branches also operate as collection points for used batteries.
- At the end of the contract, the tools are returned to the Kiloutou branch, and the contract can be extended (or not) with new tools.
