The Kiloutou Group has just acquired Most Location, which specialises in the rental of access equipment.
Owned by the Jonneskindt family since its creation in 1996, Most Location enjoys an excellent image of service quality and professionalism with its customers and relies on the high level of skills of its 85 teammates. The rental company operates through a network of 8 branches throughout France; these branches provide professionals with a fleet of more than 1,000 work platforms covering all the needs of its customers: thermal and electric work platforms, telescopic forklifts, and high-level work platforms on juggernauts.
This operation will enable the Kiloutou Group to significantly strengthen its presence in the North, the Paris region, Bourgogne, Franche Comté, Champagne and Rhône-Alpes.
The two networks will initially retain their operational autonomy, while already setting up commercial cooperation to further improve the quality of their services and proximity to their customers.
Mr. Olivier Jonneskindt and his sister Mrs. Wauters will accompany Kiloutou for a few months in order to ensure a quality transition and to help Most Location integrate into the Kiloutou Group.
On a national level, this operation is part of a sustained development dynamic for the Kiloutou Group, both through organic growth and through the acquisition of specialised companies. In particular, in the field of access equipment, the Group has built up a leading position in the market, thanks to a policy of sustained investment and acquisitions (Mediac’up Atlantique in December 2010, Altéad Group’s lifting activities in June 2011 and Starlift in November 2012). This dynamic is reflected in the steady growth of its market share for many years.
