The Kiloutou Group has just acquired Dariche Location, a company specialising in the rental of civil engineering equipment in Châtillon-en-Michaille in the Ain region, in the heart of the Gex region.
This company, founded in 1997 by Mr Dariche, operates a branch with 5 teammates and has a large fleet of equipment consisting of excavators, loaders, compactors, dump trucks and various small items of equipment. It has been recognised for many years for the quality of its services and its professionalism, which has enabled it to gain the loyalty of a varied clientele of independent tradesmen, SMEs and major national accounts.
This new acquisition allows Kiloutou to continue optimising its territorial coverage by developing its offer between Annecy and Oyonnax where the group is currently absent. True to its values, Kiloutou intends to draw on the experience and know-how of Dariche Location’s teams to offer its customers an ever higher level of expertise and to continue to develop this site.

On a national level, this operation is part of an active development dynamic for the Kiloutou Group, with regular organic growth and continued external growth following the acquisitions already made this year of Alain Location (April) and Nacelle 42 (July) in France and of EWPA (May) in Poland. This will enable Kiloutou to consolidate its territorial coverage and continue to increase its market share.
