The KILOUTOU Group has just acquired the company FRANCHE COMTE MATERIELS, a company specializing in the rental of equipment for construction and public works.
This transaction allows KILOUTOU to continue its development and strengthen its earthworks offer in the Franche Comté region.
The company FRANCHE COMTE MATERIELS is a historical and recognized actor in the rental of earthmoving equipment in the East of France, operating two agencies located in Besançon and Audincourt (Montbéliard). It has more than 600 machines of all sizes (excavators, loaders, rollers compactors and various tools) that it provides a clientele of professionals in public works and building.
This acquisition enables KILOUTOU to offer its customers an ever higher level of quality of services and to expand its earthworks offering in this local market, by integrating new branches complementary to its current network. KILOUTOU intends to rely on the experience and know-how of the teams of FRANCHE COMTE MATERIELS to continue to develop its activity.
