The Kiloutou Group is pleased to announce the acquisition of the Spanish platform rental companies Liftisa S.L. and Gloobal Movingrent S.A., both leaders in their niche markets and experts in innovative solutions for work at height. This double operation enables Kiloutou Spain to strengthen its position in the lifting division and its presence in Catalonia, Madrid and Valencia with 6 new branches, complementing its product offer with a new range of truck-mounted vehicles and aerial work platforms for the construction, industry and services sectors.

Founded in 2011, the brand existing since 1989, Liftisa is a leader in the niche of low-level access market. Its platforms work in construction, renovation, maintenance and industrial applications. With 3 branches located in Barcelona, Madrid and Valencia, Liftisa’s 80 teammates operate a catalog of more than 2,000 latest-generation rental units.

Founded in 2015, Gloobal specializes in the short- and long-term rental of vehicle-mounted platforms and cranes (trucks, vans and pickup trucks), for work at height on public roads. With 3 branches in Barcelona, Madrid and Valencia, Gloobal’s 30 teammates operate a fleet of more than 550 vehicles. The customer portfolio is made up of professionals from the most diverse sectors.

Having built an extensive generalist network in Spain over the past 10 years and having strengthened its presence in tool rental in October 2024 with the acquisition of ToolQuick, this new strategic operation will enable Kiloutou to develop a complete range of lifting equipment in Spain with dedicated and highly experienced teams. The Liftisa and Gloobal teams will manage and drive the commercial development of this new range on a national level, while benefiting from strong synergies with Kiloutou Spain’s existing network of 56 branches and 400 employees.

This move is part of the Kiloutou Group’s active campaign to promote development, through regular organic growth and the continued pursuit of external growth.
