The Kiloutou and Top’Loc groups are proud to announce the merger of their activities in the Lyon region.
Top’Loc is the leading equipment rental company in the Lyon region, enjoying a strong image of quality and professionalism among its customers. Top’Loc operates through Top’Loc Lyon, a general equipment rental company, Top’Loc Réception, which specialises in the rental of equipment for event organisation, and Top’Loc Sanit’, which specialises in the rental of mobile toilets. The company employs nearly 120 people and has 18 branches.
This operation will enable the Kiloutou group, through the Top’Loc and Kiloutou networks, to strengthen its presence in the Lyon region and thus further increase the level of service offered to its customers, with a wide range of equipment and a network of 26 branches in the Rhône department.
The two networks will initially retain their operational autonomy, while establishing cooperative ventures to further improve the quality of their services.
Philippe Thirion, founder and director of Top’Loc, will continue to manage the company.
The transaction, signed on 10 November, will be effective in January 2012.
On a national level, this transaction is part of a sustained development dynamic for Kiloutou, with a solid progression of its organic growth, and after the acquisitions of Mediac’up Atlantique in December 2010, of the access activities of the Altéad Group in June 2011, and recently of BM Loc.
