The Monnoyeur and Kiloutou Groups announce the acquisition by Kiloutou of BM Location, the equipment rental activity of the Monnoyeur Group.
Number 3 in equipment rental in France, BM Location is a recognised player in the rental of earthmoving and compaction equipment in France, enjoying an image of quality and professionalism with its customers, particularly in the construction and civil engineering sector. The company currently employs 600 people in a network of 85 branches.
This operation will enable Kiloutou to strengthen its presence among construction and civil engineering customers, thus confirming its position as a player capable of serving all customers in the French market with the widest equipment range and services: Earthworks, Handling, access, but also all types of tools and light equipment.
Both groups are delighted with this operation, which will give this new entity the opportunity to take on new challenges, with strong development potential.
