GroupStrategy and Finance By maintaining a sustainable growth, Kiloutou confirms the strength of its strategy

In a macroeconomic and construction site environment marked by numerous uncertainties, Kiloutou published its 2025 annual results and confirmed the resilience of its model. With a turnover of 1.289 billion euros, an increase of +3%, the French Group demonstrates the relevance of its diversification, specialisation, and European expansion strategy.

This performance, which marks a sixth consecutive year of growth since the Covid crisis, illustrates the transformation undertaken over several years by the Group and its subsidiaries around coherent sector and geographic diversification. Over the last five years, Kiloutou has doubled its turnover, rising from 646 million euros in 2020 to nearly 1.3 billion euros in 2025.

A defining european force

The international business segment, which accounts for 41% of the Group’s revenue, has seen it business activity multiplied four-fold in five years. This is a testament to the dynamic of international activity in Kiloutou’s growth trajectory.

Kiloutou is now present in 7 countries: Germany, Denmark, Spain, France, Italy, Poland, and Portugal. Each is characterized by different market dynamics :

  • Southern Europe: sustained growth dynamic, particularly in Spain where five acquisitions were made in fifteen months, allowing the Group to exceed the 100M€ turnover mark.
  • Denmark: consolidated leadership of GSV with the acquisition of Thor in 2025.
  • Germany, France, and Poland: three market situations undergoing difficult economic contexts.

In France, a stable year that suggests new avenus for growth

The revenue of Kiloutou’s French subsidiary decreased by -1% in 2025, settling at €762M. The new strategic cycle started last year, based on the three values, General Network ExpansionSpecialties ExtensionExploration of new activities, helped compensate for an unfavorable national economic climate.

The new targeted sectors – industry, energy, services – now represent nearly 40% of the activity in France, and offer new development perspectives.

The creation of the Kiloutou Sport & Event Business Unit allowed a new adaptation of the commercial offer, capable of leveraging the synergies between the expertise of the general network and the five specialty subsidiaries.

« Despite a still imbalanced context for the construction sector, Kiloutou reaffirms the solidity of its foothold in its historical market this year. Our territorial coverage, the proximity of our teams to customers, and the increasing power of our specialties allow us to pursue our development and support the sector transformations. »

An active acquisition policy

External growth is an important pillar of Kiloutou’s development. Nine acquisitions have been carried out since October 2024: in Spain (Toolquick, Liftisa, Gloobal, Mavyal, Claveria), in France (Froid Loc Services), in Denmark (Thor) and in Italy (FIM, DEA). In all, the Group has made a little over 60 acquisitions over the last fifteen years.

These operations allow the Group to strengthen its geographical presence in a specific country or region, gain critical size, and develop expertise markets. The creation of the “Kiloutou Climatec” specialty subsidiary, concurrent with the acquisition of the climate engineering company Froid Loc Services, illustrates this strategy.

Perspectives for 2026: consolidation and optimisation

While some indicators suggest more favorable market prospects for the coming years, these apprehensions remain dependent on current economic and geopolitical uncertainties.

After having pursued a sustained and regular investment policy in recent years, Kiloutou is entering a cycle of consolidation and optimisation, with more targeted investments to continue supporting European expansion.

The Group also intends to continue its deployment in new growth areas that offer significant development prospects. Notably in France, certain major industrial and infrastructure projects should also open up new opportunities, for example, in data centers, nuclear, defense, and climate engineering.
