Kiloutou Spain is embarking on a new chapter with the appointment of Ramón Santamaría as the company’s Managing Director. He succeeds Cyril Brillouet, who, after five years at the helm of the Spanish operation, will continue his career within the Kiloutou Group by joining the international department in France.

This change is part of an ongoing project that has undergone significant development in Spain in recent years, characterised by the growth of the company, the integration of new specialist firms and the move towards an increasingly integrated, agile model that is closely attuned to its customers’ needs.

During his five years at the helm of Kiloutou Spain, Cyril oversaw a period of strong development for the company, driving its growth and the gradual development of a shared vision capable of bringing together different teams, specialisms and skills. His new responsibilities within the Group will also enable him to continue strengthening the link between Kiloutou Spain and the company’s international operations.

After five years in Spain, I am turning the page on a very important chapter, both professionally and personally. It has been a privilege to support the growth of Kiloutou Spain and to work alongside a team that has demonstrated an immense capacity to evolve, integrate new companies and take on new challenges. I leave feeling very proud of what we have achieved and at peace, knowing that I am entrusting the project to Ramón, whom I know well and in whom I have complete confidence. I will remain closely connected to Kiloutou Spain in my new role within the Group, and I am convinced that the best is yet to come.

    Ramón Santamaría takes over as head of Kiloutou Spain

    Ramón Santamaría, who until now has been Director of Operations at Kiloutou Spain, is taking up the post of Managing Director, thereby ensuring the continuity of the transformation and integration programme implemented over recent years. His knowledge of the company, its teams and the Spanish market will ensure the continuity of the programme as Kiloutou Spain enters a new phase of growth.

    I am approaching this new phase with great enthusiasm and the ambition to continue our growth and remain the market leader in the machinery hire sector in Spain. We have made significant progress with our integration and are now entering a new phase in which we aim to continue growing, by streamlining the way we work and drawing on the collective knowledge and expertise within Kiloutou Spain. Our objectives remain the same: to offer an excellent, responsive service tailored to our customers’ needs, and to be a place where people want to work and thrive.
