Why this tour?
To showcase our local presence and expertise
Through its network management model, the Group enables each branch to manage its own equipment fleet. With specialised branches (energy, modular construction, access platforms and civil engineering, not forgetting the MASE-certified branches, which are particularly geared toward manufacturing), Kiloutou can precisely meet its customers’ needs at the local level. This perfectly matches the values of proximity and simplicity advocated by the Big Tour!
Creating and reinforcing links with local stakeholders
Because Kiloutou enjoys a strong local presence, its network makes each branch a key partner to companies, industries, tradespeople and local authorities in its area. With autonomy to manage their fleets and the ability to adapt perfectly to their customers’ needs and expectations, each branch is able to support the regions in their ecological transition at the local level.
Specialised branches (Kiloutou energy, modular construction, civil engineering and access platforms) have the specific expertise to benefit everyone from independent tradespeople to major corporations. MASE-certified branches meet the needs of manufacturers with certified processes.
The Big Tour is an opportunity to raise awareness among professionals in the sector, public authorities and the general public of our dynamism in the regions.
Kiloutou and the big tour
A stand in Kiloutou colours
Occupying one of the 13 containers on the Big Tour, an average of three Kiloutou teammates will be present on each date. They will also be operating the game terminal that offers visitors the chance, if luck is on their side, to win a rental voucher for one of Kiloutou’s 500 branches in France, or other goodies. Everyone should be able to go home with their own yellow accessory!

A demonstration of values
Respect for the environment
It is now 10 years since Kiloutou first started calculating its carbon footprint. Over the years, electric equipment and gas or hybrid vehicles have gradually gained ground, but it was in 2021 that the Group officially launched its iMPAKT range of over 3,000 alternative appliances. This equipment makes it possible to reduce the impact of construction sites by reducing their CO2 and fine particle emissions, along with noise (particularly useful near hospitals, schools or at night!) and vibration, which can cause various musculoskeletal problems for operators.
Kiloutou carried out a programme to renovate its branches with a focus on greener solutions: a system to recover rainwater for use in washing areas, LED lighting, improved insulation and waste sorting.
At the same time, the Group is gradually replacing its transport fleet with vehicles powered by alternative energies (natural gas, electric, hybrid).
Safety
Because the Big Tour is all about demonstrating expertise, Kiloutou will also be presenting its latest marvel: the Zero-Gravity Arm! Offered as part of its Kare range dedicated safety and ergonomics, this appliance helps to relieve the weight of their tool (up to 15 kg) on the operator. Because safety is an integral part of Kiloutou’s values, it was important for the Group to let visitors see that.
The stand will also be hosting the Ergoskeleton, the star of the Kare range that many visitors tried out last year
