Kiloutou is proud to have been awarded, for the first time, the invaluable Great Place to Work label, THE label that rewards companies where it’s good to work.
Between 28 May and 18 June 2024, Kiloutou teammates were asked to respond anonymously to a series of 60 questions about their working conditions (working hours, pay, etc.), their relationship with their managers and the absence of discrimination in the company (on the grounds of age, origin, gender or seniority).
To qualify for the Great Place to Work label, two conditions had to be met: 40% of respondents had to be part of the company’s workforce, and 65% of responses had to be positive. The challenge was met, with 66% of Kiloutou teammates responding to the questionnaire, and 66% of the responses were positive.
From a human resources point of view, this shows that we are up to the challenges of modern companies.We had already been a Top Employer for 12 years, Happy Candidates for 5 years and Happy Trainees for 3 years.Great Place to Work is the crowning achievement of the company’s long-term collective commitment.It also enhances our employer brand.
