Kiloutou appoints Stephan Bothen as Managing Director of Kiloutou Germany

Kiloutou announces the appointment of Stephan Bothen as Managing Director of Kiloutou Germany. His arrival marks a new stage in continuing Kiloutou’s development in Germany and realizing the Group’s ambitions in Europe.

Stephan Bothen brings more than 23 years of experience in the construction machinery industry. He began his career in the media sector with RTL Group before joining the Zeppelin Group, where he held several senior leadership positions, including Sales and Branch Manager and, most recently, CEO of Zeppelin Austria. Throughout his career, he has developed strong expertise in business analysis, strategic planning and operational leadership.Recognized for his modern management approach, Stephan Bothen places strong emphasis on team building and organizational stability as key drivers of sustainable performance. He will be responsible for guiding Kiloutou Germany through current macroeconomic challenges while unlocking new growth opportunities in a dynamic and competitive environment.
