The Kiloutou Group’s fifth specialist subsidiary, an expert in the hire of temporary climate control solutions, is accelerating its growth and gradually expanding its coverage across France.
One year after its launch, Kiloutou Climatec has embarked on a growth trajectory that combines the structuring of its business, the expansion of its network and the consolidation of its position in the temporary climate control sector, specialising in cooling and heating. The specialist subsidiary, formed following the acquisition of Froid Loc Services, now operates from a network of five sites: Lille, Paris, Lyon, Bordeaux and Toulon, and offers a range of equipment that has doubled in size in the space of a year, strengthening its ability to meet the needs of professionals. This growth momentum is set to continue into 2027 with the opening of new sites.
A first year of growth
In the space of a year, Kiloutou Climatec has laid the foundations for a business model combining technical expertise, a regional presence and the ability to adapt to the specific needs of businesses. This momentum has resulted in the fleet doubling in size – now totalling nearly 500 units – and turnover more than doubling in a year. This positioning has already enabled Climatec to support around 600 customers, with an average hire period of two months.
With five branches, Kiloutou Climatec combines a strong regional presence with sector-specific expertise. Synergies with Kiloutou’s existing network enable it to deliver a coordinated and responsive service across its main operational areas. This momentum will continue into 2027 with the opening of new branches. The recruitment of HVAC account managers, refrigeration engineers and heating engineers will support this expansion to strengthen the existing teams.
Technical solutions for the most specific requirements
In sectors where temperature control is essential to business continuity, Kiloutou Climatec offers specialist expertise tailored in particular to industry (data centres, agri-food, automotive, etc.), the service sector (shopping centres, offices, etc.), district heating and the events industry. A shared objective: to ensure temperature stability, maintain a site’s thermal comfort and keep installations running smoothly.
This commitment is underpinned as much by the equipment – cooling and heating units, air conditioning systems, boilers, heat pumps and air handling units – as by the ability to manage each project from start to finish, from the initial needs assessment through to dismantling. Technical support available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week reinforces this responsiveness and enables us to intervene both proactively and in emergencies.
The summer of 2026 confirmed the wisdom of establishing a specialist subsidiary in the HVAC sector. Heatwaves led to a surge in demand across industry, the service sector and the events industry. Kiloutou Climatec therefore mobilised its teams and made its fleet available to meet its customers’ urgent needs.

With the roll-out of the One service, which gives all Kiloutou’s business customers access to the full range of services and equipment, the growth of Kiloutou Climatec can draw on the synergies generated by the generalist network and the four other specialist subsidiaries: Kiloutou Énergie, Kiloutou Module, Kiloutou Signalisation and Loca réception.
