Kiloutou unveils its first brand signature: ‘Rent, Share.’ A slogan that encapsulates the Group’s business and the reason behind its daily activities. Two simple words, but powerful enough to convey a deep conviction that forms the foundation of the company’s DNA, now a European Group, and represents a model that is as useful as it is essential, especially in today’s uncertain world.

Kiloutou is a pioneer in the sharing economy, offering a business model focused on equipment rental since its creation in 1980, initially for private individuals and then for professionals. From the outset, the founder laid the foundations for a virtuous, sustainable and collective model which, now more than ever, stands out as a concrete response to the economic, social and environmental challenges of our time.

‘Renting is what we do. Sharing is why we do it.’ This brand signature is accompanied by a purpose: ‘We believe in the power of sharing to solve today and tomorrow’s challenges. Through our collective commitment, we rent equipment that makes our clients’ projects more sustainable.

Because sharing goes beyond the simple rental framework: sharing knowledge with customers, sharing commitments with stakeholders, sharing moments of life between Kiloutiens.

This signature also illustrates the expression of a unique corporate culture, nourished by the diversity of the 7,000 teammates who make up the Group in seven countries. To accompany the launch of this first brand signature, Kiloutou has rolled out a campaign that illustrates the values communicated:

  • A group launch video filmed in the seven countries where the Group operates, in which teammates freely express their definition of sharing.
  • The launch video was adapted for each of the seven countries for internal use and formatted for social media.
  • An employee advocacy programme was set up to encourage sharing of content with the Management Committees, 7,000 teammates and the Group’s main stakeholders.
