The choice of words ‘Rent, Share’ is not random. It is the sum of two strong foundations that guide the company and its teammates on a daily basis.

Values
The Group’s teammates have chosen four values to define them: simplicity (in communication), customer satisfaction, team spirit and performance. Each country in the Group also has its own value that reflects its culture: friendliness in France, ambition in Portugal, involvment in Poland, transparency in Italy, entrepreneurship in Germany, passion in Spain and ‘People first’ in Denmark.
