FranceCSR and sustainable development Appointment of Audrey Miclard as Corporate Secretary of the Community of Sustainable Equipment Players (CAMD)

The CAMD has announced the appointment of Audrey Miclard as Corporate Secretary. This appointment was approved by the association’s board last December.

Created in 2024 under the impetus of the Kiloutou Group, Manitou Group and Bouygues Construction, the CAMD brings together all the players in the construction equipment sector, including manufacturers, rental companies and construction firms. Together, they are working to accelerate the energy transition in all their sectors.

Audrey Miclard has been involved since the first edition of Sustainable Equipment Meetings in 2021, and has led several working groups. She will now play a key role in coordinating between the CAMD bodies. Her role will also be to support the Chairman and Vice-Chairmen in structuring and leading the association, in order to strengthen its development and expand its network of members and partners.

With her experience as Sustainable Development Director within the Kiloutou group, Audrey Miclard will be able to contribute fully to the dynamic launched by CAMD by coordinating the members.

A strategic role for a growing community

Audrey Miclard’s main responsibilities will be to :

  • Act as a link between the various CAMD bodies
  • Ensure effective coordination of the work and studies carried out and ensure that the results are shared;
  • Encouraging the creation and running of a genuine network between members, with sustained and active participation, in particular through the Sustainable Equipment Meetings, the biannual meeting organised since 2021;
  • Develop the recruitment of new members and widen the circle of participating companies;
  • Manage relations with stakeholders and ensure complementarity with trade federations;
  • Represent the CAMD at major industry events.

Confirmed momentum for 2025

In 2025, the CAMD intends to build on its momentum by continuing to organise rewarding meetings (in terms of studies, good practices, etc.) for the equipment sector. Its two major challenges are to expand the community with the arrival of a new family of players, the energy companies, and to enhance the role of the CAMD in the regions.
The next Sustainable Equipment Meetings is scheduled for 27 May, a key event for the continuation of the work underway.

A strong commitment to the sustainable equipment sector

With over 12 years’ experience in sustainable development at Kiloutou, Audrey Miclard has played a key role in structuring the Sustainable Equipment Meetings, and in particular initiated the work with Carbone 4 on the TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) of equipment. Committed to decarbonisation issues and convinced of the importance of making the equipment industry more visible, she intends to continue this commitment in her new role.

I am delighted to contribute to the success of the association. I remain convinced that it is together that we will find the solutions to contribute effectively to the decarbonisation of construction sites.
