The Kiloutou Group is pleased to announce the acquisition of the Spanish equipment rental company ToolQuick S.A. This operation will enable Kiloutou Spain to expand its network and complete its offering with 30 branches throughout the country dedicated to tooling solutions for the construction, renovation and civil engineering sectors.

Founded in 2009, ToolQuick is the leading specialist of the rental of small professional machinery for the construction, maintenance and renovation markets in Spain. With 30 branches and implants at collaborating construction materials distributors in Barcelona, Alicante, Valencia, Madrid, Malaga and Seville, the 98 teammates of ToolQuick operate a catalogue of more than 300 different references of tooling equipment, mostly electric and of the latest generation. The customer portfolio is made up of professionals from various industries that benefit from direct delivery, collection from the local shops and advanced digital journey.

Following the acquisition of several rental players that have enabled Kiloutou to build up a generalist network in Spain, this new addition will allow Kiloutou to develop in Spain a line of business that has built its reputation over the last 45 years in other countries where the brand is present, notably France. The ToolQuick branches and team will continue to operate under their own commercial brand but will develop strong commercial synergies with the network of 25 branches and 300 employees of Kiloutou Spain.

ToolQuick is our eighth acquisition in Spain but by far the most strategic one. It is one of the few Spanish machinery rental companies with a strong presence in multiple key provinces and with a vocation for growth and expansion. Our aim at Kiloutou is to support this growth strategy by combining our offering across the Spanish market and sharing the market knowledge of our teams.
