Greve, in eastern Denmark, is home to iMPAKT City, a showroom 100% dedicated to the iMPAKT range of low-carbon equipment. Designed by GSV, a subsidiary of the Kiloutou Group, it welcomes visitors keen to find solutions for more environmentally-friendly worksites.
A place of expertise and advice, iMPAKT City brings together a range of electric equipment, from excavators and electric loaders to battery-poweredtools such as rammers and material cutters. The range also includes a new generation of site modules , with improved insulation and an intelligent home automation system to control electricity consumption. Last but not least, energy supply solutions are also on show, including a hybrid generator with solar panels.
Digital solutions are also presented, explaining how data can be used to decarbonise construction sites.
As well as exhibiting equipment, iMPAKT City is also a forum fordiscussion. The rental company is inviting suppliers and customers to share best practices and experiences in the field. The aim is to work together to devise the solutions of the future, taking into account the constraints of each party.
