The KILOUTOU Group is pleased to announce the acquisition of the equipment rental company UKA+HAUKE Arbeitsbühnen, specialized in the rental of powered access equipment in Saxony and Thuringia. This operation enables KILOUTOU to strengthen and develop its presence in the German market.
UKA+HAUKE Arbeitsbühnen has sites in Chemnitz, Dresden, Gotha and headquarters in Sommerda, near Erfurt. With a network of four branches, ideally located and offering further expansion opportunities, the company and its team of 20 employees operates more than 275 aerial work platforms and telescopic forklifts that it provides to a customer portfolio made up of professionals from various industries.

This new acquisition enables KILOUTOU to reinforce its presence around Erfurt and to develop its network in Chemnitz and Dresden. The sites and the team of UKA+HAUKE Arbeitsbühnen will join the network of KILOUTOU Germany which will increase to 18 branches nationwide.

This acquisition is fully in line with KILOUTOU’s development strategy in Germany, which aims at strengthening our presence in high-potential regions and expanding our network nationally. It also illustrates our ability to federate high-caliber regional players with a strong local presence, around our development project. With this approach, we plan to be present in the most important markets in Germany through selected acquisitions and targeted branch openings. I would like to warmly welcome the team members of UKA+HAUKE Arbeitsbühnen to the Kiloutou Group.
