On Thursday 11 May, Kiloutou won the silver trophy in the “Employer Brand” category at the 36th edition of the COM-ENT Grand Prix.
The film presented, “The Candidate”, was imagined and produced by the audiovisual agency Tulipes & Cie and explains with humour the unique recruitment of a new extraterrestrial teammates, Xérès.
It also features Kiloutou’s teammates who explain the responsible recruitment process initiated by Kiloutou in a way that is both educational and offbeat:
- Each candidate can make an appointment online for a fifteen-minute flash interview with a recruiter without a CV
- After a positive interview, the candidate can go on a discovery day at his or her possible future workplace in order to discover the position and his or her colleagues and thus perfect his or her choice
- If the answer is negative, the reply sent to the candidate is personalised with advice on how to improve their application, or even, if necessary, contact with an organisation specialising in reorientation.
